Works Schedule: Refurbishment of Boiler house, including new roof and insulation, re-plastering, tanking and decorations. St Christopher Church Phase 2 as a direct result of the Client’s complete satisfaction with our performance on the Phase 1 works described above, the Client is keen to award LRC Properties the 2nd phase works, due to commence in early 2008 and with an anticipated value in the region of £1 million.

Works Schedule: Major refurbishment and upgrading of a significant residence to a high specification. The works included new roof and structure, rebuild 50% of brickwork to front elevation facade . Total strip out and refurbishment of walls ceiling and floors. Renew All M&E and provide necessary certification. Total redecoration including participating in the interior designs, provide and fitting new oak floors and all soft furnishings.

Works Schedule: Consisted of the alteration and refurbishment to the existing internal layouts to the basement and ground floor of 151 & 159 Hoxton Street and the 2nd floor of 27-provost street London N1, which included new air conditioning systems.

Works Schedule: This Project consisted of the redecoration of a luxury apartment.
