Work Force

As a company, LRC Property Services directly employs around 10 staff and tradesmen at any one time and regularly employs sub-contact trades appropriate to each specific project requirements from its own database built up during the course of trading.

LRC Properties actively employs tradesmen from Eastern European countries as part of its workforce as it finds these individuals to be trustworthy, reliable, and to give best value for money.

Aims and Objectives

To Provide a quality service to our clients through a hands on professional approach with care and attention given to the clients requirements and the maintenance of high standards of workmanship at competitive prices in the current market place in London. Through effective, hands on management, LRC Property Services has managed to maintain a low level of overheads whilst retaining the capacity to undertake construction projects of up to £1 million in value.
